Today we went to the Colosseum, it was pretty fascinating. Tomorrow we go to visit the POPE!

Athens

On our last night in Athens we went out and had a GREAT greek meal, right on the beach. With our new American friends.

Our American friends that we met on the train to Athens. We hung out with them for a few days-they actually moved to hotel near ours, right on the beach! I (Cady) found it really nice to hang out with some girls for a few days!!

...Today we made it to the city. We took a tour bus around the city. We got to see a bunch of really cool architecture, and the Barcelona soccer stadium. We ended up down by the port, had dinner and are now heading up 'La Rambla' (famous street in Barcelona) back to the train station. HOPEFULLY we can catch the right bus back to the campground..to save ourselves the cost of a taxi!!
Tomorrow we will spend the day at the beach and catch the train at 7pm to head up to Milano......

We are in Barcelona!! After traveling for 12 hours on the train we arrived at possibly the most chaotic train station in Europe. But we managed to find a train, that took us out of the city and down the coastline. But a taxi had to bring us to where we are staying..we did make it 90% of the way on our own!
We are camping right on the Mediterranean Sea just south of Barcelona. This morning and afternoon have consisted of laying in the sand and going swimming to cool off! (Our neighbour left us his blow up mattress for the water..BRILLIANT!)
We are planning on staying here until Monday..and then head up to Milano, Italy for the day before we catch a ferrie to Greece. We´ll see how it goes.
Sorry we can´t post pictures, there isn´t any place to upload them onto the computer. (use your imagination, think beaches..water...SUN..a good book,...:-)..)

PARIS

We've made it to Paris! Despite the rain we still managed to take in; Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre.
Hopefully tomorrow we can post some pics..to show off just how touristy we really are!
